How to Setup Code of Discipline

1. Go to Administrator.
2. Click Code of Discipline.
3. Click Company.
4. Click Add Code of Discipline.
5. Enter the Numbering, Title and Description.
   • You can't add or select numbers if it's already existed.
6. Click Save.

After adding the Code of Discipline, you will need to add sections for Disobedience and Suspension, along with their equivalent punishments.

1. Click ...see more.
2. Click Add.
3. Enter the Disobedience Title and No. of Fields. The No. of Fields refers to the number of offenses or violations that the employee may commit, along with their corresponding punishments.
4. Click Next.
5. Enter the Disobedience, No. of Days refers to the number of days of suspension that will be imposed, if applicable. Suspension/Punishment, select between Suspension, Dismissal and Others. In Others, you can add the verbal reprimand, written reprimand, etc.
6. Click Save.
