How to Set Up Automatic DTR Process

Note

1. The HRweb Team will set up the schedule to the system. Please provide a schedule to be used as a reference to automate the processing of the DTR.

2. Once the setup is done, you can set a date for the DTR to process automatically. 

3. You must create a schedule to only one current payroll period. (Avoid adding a schedule for the next payroll period or for multiple payroll periods to avoid conflict).

To create a Payroll Period with Automatic DTR processing: 

1. Go to Time

2. Click Payroll Period

3. Click Add Payroll Period

4. Fill up all the required details

5. Indicate the Last Day of the DTR Automatic Processing

6. Click Save

To add or edit the date of the Automatic DTR Processing;

1. Go to Time

2. Click Payroll Period

3. Click the Pencil icon to modify

4. Edit or add a last day for the automatic DTR processing, then click modify to save it
