How to Post Job Vacancies

- Go to Recruitment.
- Click Job Vacancies.
- Select Company.
- Fill out:
- In Plantilla, select the created plantilla.
- In Division, select the Division of the Position, if dont have Division just select Not Applicable.
- In Section, select the Section of the Position.
- In Subsection, select the Subsection of the Position, if dont have Subsection just select Not Applicable.
- In Location, select the Location of the Position.
- In Employment, select the Employment Type of the Position.
- In Position, select the position you want to add in Job Vacancy.
- In Date From & To, select the coverage date when the Job Vacancy will start and will end.
- Click Add.
- In Step 1: Select Employment Details, just copy the setup in no.5.
- In Step 2: Fill Up Job Vacancy Details, fill up the job vacancy details, this will be depend on your preference for this job posting.
