How to Generate Lastpay

1. Go to Payroll > Generate Lastpay
2. Select a Company
3. Select Employee to generate the last pay
4. Add coverage of the last pay and setup of the 13th-month formula along with leave fiscal year & tax table reference. Then Click Generate
5. Upon generation you may select inclusions to the last pay such as 13th-month pay / Convert Leave to Cash/ Retirement/Loan Balances / Hold Salary / General Adjustment 2316 (Included/Excluded)
6. Compute Lastpay
7. Upon Computing Lastpay there will be a table with a breakdown of computations for your reference.
8. By saving the computation you may now generate the Lastpay Certificate along with the last pay payslip for reference and guide
9. By clicking the Check button last pay will be tagged as released, while the trash button is to reset the last pay computation
