- Go to PMS.
- Click Create Scorecard.
- In No. Of Appraisal Schedule, select the schedule of the appraisal.
- In Department, select department.
- Select employee and click the General Form.
- Click the Click to Apply the following Score Card Format to [employee].
- If multiple KPI's are displayed, simply delete the other KPI's and make sure to leave the correct KPI for the employee.
- Click the check icon to proceed with evaluation.
