  1. Go to PMS.
  2. Click Create Scorecard.
  3. In No. Of Appraisal Schedule, select the schedule of the appraisal.
  4. In Department, select department.
  5. Select employee and click the General Form.
  6. Click the Click to Apply the following Score Card Format to [employee].
    • If multiple KPI's are displayed, simply delete the other KPI's and make sure to leave the correct KPI for the employee.
  7. Click the check icon to proceed with evaluation.
