  1. Go to Time.
  2. Click Plot Schedule.
  3. Click Group Plotting by Admin.
  4. Click Transfer Creator.
  5. Select employee that is resigned/long leave.
  6. Select employee that will be the admin of the group.
  7. Click Transfer.
