  1. Go to Payroll.
  2. Click File Maintenance.
  3. Click Philhealth Premium Contribution.
  4. Click Company.
  5. Click Philhealth Contribution.
  6. Click Set Deduction Schedule [per employee].
  7. Select Location and Deduction Schedule.
  8. Click Save.
