  2. Select File Maintenance.
  3. Select PhilHealth Premium Contribution.
  4. Select Company.
  5. Choose PhilHealth Individual Contribution.
  6. Click the Pencil Icon.
  7. Input the Amount in each Column.
  8. Click Save to Save the Changes.
