How to manage resources

Admin Portal

1. Go to Administrator.

2. Select File Maintenance.

3. Select resources.

4. Click plus icon to add.

5. After adding assign employees by clicking the user icon.

6. Fill up the form that will going to show and click filter.

7. Tick the box beside the employee name that you're going to assign in that resources and click add.

In Employee Portal click the My Profile, select the assigned resources and tick the resources to acknowledge and click save.
