How to Generate Leave Balance Report

- Go to Reports.
- Click Time.
- Select Leave Reports.
- Select between Option 1 and Option 2 of Leave Summary Report.
- If using Option 1;
- Report Result Type - if you want to download the report (Excel), while if you just want to view the report (Browser View).
- Choose Cover Year - select cover year for your report.
- Choose Leave Type - you can select one leave type or all leave type
- Choose Location/Classification/Employment - just check or uncheck the necessary information.
- Employee Status - select between Active, Inactive or All.
- Click Generate.
