How to Add Approver

  1. Go to Administrator.
  2. Click Form Approval.
  3. In Transaction List, select form transaction (ex. Apply Leave).
  4. Click Add Approver.
  5. Fill out the employee's Employment Information (check 201 Information of employee), Approver Level (if he/she is 1st, 2nd, or 3rd level approver) and Select Approver (the approver of employee).
    1. If can't find the approver, add him/her in Set Approver Choices.
  6. Then click Save.
